Spectrofuge Corporation of North Carolina, Inc. has been instrumental in the growth and success of other independent service organizations. It has been a charter member of the National Independent Service Association (NISA) since the group's inception in 1988. This organization of approximately twenty member companies, enjoys the exchange of technical expertise and training opportunities. Spectrofuge Corporation is a distributor for Fiberlite Centrifuge/Piramoon Technologies, Inc.. Fiberlite Centrifuge/Piramoon Technologies, Inc. designs, manufacturers and supports its patented carbon fiber rotors for a variety of ultraspeed, high speed/superspeed, large capacity and tabletop centrifuges.
