Located in the RTP area and has been providing services in the biomedical research community since its incorporation in October of 1975 Service technicians have a wide range of expertise with specialized background and are able to address a variety of service needs in the research laboratory Is unique in that we service a variety of types and models of equipment from over 100 original equipment manufacturers. Currently provides contract maintenance service for approximately 1500 pieces of biomedical research equipment. Provides time and materials services for over 100 public, government and private institutions/companies in the RTP and surrounding areas. Provides preventive maintenance, calibration & validation services, sales of refurbished equipment, relocation of laboratory equipment, vacuum pump rebuild/repair, pipette calibration/repairs, facility laboratory equipment maintenance packages, and in service training for lab personnel. Has successfully addressed a challenging vision in providing the scope of service it offers while maintaining reasonable cost options for customers. Holds an exceptional reputation in the research community and in the independent service market place.
